Q.Am I allowed to take a permanent job with one of your clients after I work for them through Heritage?
A. If you are offered a permanent job at one of the facilities in which we have placed you, congratulations! This is the highest compliment to both you and Heritage. We have agreements in place with our clients, and one of the perks of working through us is that we can help you during the negotiation process to secure permanent employment.

Q.Why should I work for Heritage Staffing Consultants rather than directly for a facility or contract company?
A.When you work for Heritage, you never have to worry about anyone setting your schedule again. It's all up to you. In addition, you will enjoy premium pay rates, great benefits, and the freedom to work when and where you choose.

Q.What bonuses or rewards am I eligible for?
A.As a way of thanking our dedicated employees, Heritage offers various bonus and reward programs. These may be based on hours worked or the referral of other qualified therapists.

Q.What kind of support will I get if I work for Heritage?
A.You will be assigned to one of our long-term staffing consultants who acts as your agent in the job market. In addition to your staffing consultant, Heritage offers clinical support so your clinical questions and training needs are met.

Q.Is there a cost to the employee for the services that Heritage offers?
A.There is never a cost to our employees. All costs are absorbed between Heritage and the client.
